Buildings consume a large amount of energy across all sectors society, and proportion building is used by HVAC systems to provide comfortable healthy indoor environment. In medium large-size buildings, the central cooling system accounts for major share consumption system. Improving efficiency has gained much attention as reduction use can effectively contribute environmental sustainability. The control operation play an important role in under dynamic working conditions. It been proven that optimization notably reduce mitigate greenhouse gas emissions. recent years, numerous studies focus on this topic improve performance optimal different aspects (e.g., efficiency, stability, robustness, computation efficiency).
